We save you up to 80% off on all dental services. For the vision portion, you'll save up to 60% off. On our Prescription Plan, you will save up to 25% off of name brand drugs and up to 50% off of generic drugs. On Chiropractic

We save you up to 80% off on all dental services. For the vision portion, you'll save up to 60% off. On our Presciption Plan, you will save up to 25% off of name brand drugs and up to 50% off of generic drugs. On Chiropractic

Ok great, it takes about 5 minutes to get your application processed.

$49.95 (Medical and Dental Combo Package) plus a one time $30 application fee
to activate your benefits and your Membership Card will arrive in the mail in about 7 to 10 days.

Should you need to be hospitalized, and the anticipated charges will exceed $2,500.00, an advocate will be assigned to negotiate the best possible fees for the hospital services. There is a three-day waiting period from the active date of your membership to utilize this program.
